WHAT IS A STORAGE CONDO?

A storage condo buyer takes ownership of a single storage unit of a multi-unit building.


The owners of all the individual units jointly own the building exterior and common areas, including the land/real estate.


Each owner pays annual owner's association dues of $275.00 which cover the expenses of property/general liability insurance, security, lighting, exterior landscape maintenance, water, trash removal, janitorial and supplies for restrooms, pest control, management fees and reserves.


Each unit is deeded to the owner and the owner pays yearly property taxes to Mohave County.(It is recommended that each owner carry the necessary insurance to cover the contents of the unit)


After the initial down payment, the costs of ownership are about the same as renting.

The unit can be sold, leased or rented and can be willed to a family member depending on how title is taken.

PHASE TWO UNIT


13.3' wide x 40' deep = $38,500.00

(when available)

13.3' wide x 50' deep   = $45,000.00

13.3' wide x 60' deep   = $55,000.00

13.3'  wide x 100' deep = $90,000.00

 (100 foot units pay two  (2) association fees and two (2)  tax bills)
